If you have ever owned a car, you've undoubtedly had to jump start it at some point in time. There is a right way and many wrong ways to doing it.
What is a jump start? Technically, it is the introduction of an electrical charge to your car's battery from another car. In truth, it the metaphysical idiot stick hitting us, the car owners, in the head. Why do I say this? Well, the reason I need to jump start my car in the vast majority of cases has to do with something stupid I did like leave the lights on. Come on - admit it.
Fortunately, jump starting a car is one of the easier things you will need to deal with when it comes to the pride of car ownership. The primary tool you will need is...jumper cables. In a perfect world, you'll have protective glasses, gloves and a shield of armor as well, but we hardly live in a protective world.
Okay, our first step with the battery is a highly technical one - look at it. Trying to jump start a battery that has a fatal problem is not going to work. So, what are we looking for? Cracks. Broken terminals. A lack of water in the battery. Basically, some sign of failure beyond the fact you left the lights on all night.
Assuming we don't have any major battery failure, you can hookup the cables. Now, this is not nearly as hard as it seems, but people like to make it difficult. Let's go through the basics.
A battery has a positive and negative charge. These are represented by the two metal terminals sticking out the top. How can you tell which is which? Well, they are marked. If it is dark, you can use a trick. The one that is covered by rubber is the positive terminal, while the negative terminal should have no cover.
Your jump start cables have two attachment clamps on each end. One is red and one is black. It does not matter whether you attach the red to the positive or negative, so long as you do the same thing on both cars. Just to be clear, this means that if you attach the red clamp to the positive on your battery, you better attach the red clamp at the other end of the cable to the positive terminal on the battery of the other car. Very important!
So, to pull this off have the other driver pull up to a couple feet from your car. Do not let the cars touch! Now have them turn off their car and pop the hood. Hook up your cables remember to match the colors to the terminals. Have them fire up their car. Wait a couple of minutes and then fire yours up. If it doesn't turn over, give it some more time. If it doesn't start in 10 minutes, it isn't going to.
Now, there is one important caveat to all of this. If you live in a cold area, your battery may actually freeze. Jump starting a frozen battery is a bad, bad move. Don't do it. Just get a new one.

1. Control your destiny

2. Write your own pay cheque
If you are working for someone else, unless you are a commissioned salesperson, then your pay cheque is fixed. As a business owner you can decide your level of pay. 3. End the daily rush-hour commute
Commuting to and from work can be a very stressful experience. Did you know that 9am on Monday mornings is the time when most heart attacks occur? If you have a job you generally have to travel at peak times when the roads and the public transportation systems are crowded and congested. It's not the best way to start and or end your working day. Instead, how about a 60s commute to your home office? Think about the time you'll save and what you can accomplish in that time.

When you work for someone else they generally decide your working hours and even the times at which you can take breaks. Work for yourself and you can choose your working hours. You can take time off to spend with your children or to take care of an elderly or convalescing relative.
5. Decide where you want to work
Naturally, this will depend upon the type of work that you do but many occupations allow for great flexibility regarding you choose to work. In many cases, individuals decide to relocate and work in a different country or even travel and work so that they can experience life in several countries. Individuals with an Internet-based business may simply want to take advantage of a beautiful day and work outdoors. It certainly beats being stuck in a cubicle.
6. Choose your team
At work you generally do not get to choose who you work with and some members of your team can be a living nightmare to work with. If you have you own business you can choose your team. And here's another thing, a down economy is a great time to scout for top talent.
7. Follow your passion
The majority of people dissatisfied with their current jobs but they stick it out because they have bills to pay. You can start on a part-time basis and when you're earning enough to take care of your monthly bills and have money set aside for at least six months living expenses you can abandon your J.O.B. and start living your dream.

It work good with kodachi only, it can be done with sword but it's slower you dont "float" and u cant advanced fly rush .

I wanted to take the time to share some ways to jump higher with you. Being able to get higher with your jumps has many advantages. The obvious is the ability to dunk the ball, but there is also the ability of rebound control, shot blocking, more accurate shooting and the ability to run faster. Being able to jump much higher will bring your game to a new level. I want to show you exactly what you're going to need to do to accomplish that correctly and in the most safe manner.
On of the most important ways to jump higher is through training your muscles required in the jumping movement. As they become stronger, they have the ability to push you further off the ground.
Try starting out doing jump rope. You don't have to jump very high, in fact, it's much better if you just keep above the rope as you bounce over it. The idea behind this exercise is that it keeps you on the tips of your toes. The longer you remain on the tips of your toes, the strong your calf muscles will get, which makes your jumping ability improve.
Another great exercise is the standing calf raise. At the gym, you should be able to find a Smith machine. It has a barbell locked into position, so it can only go up and down. Get underneath it, so the bar rests on your shoulder back area. Get a block of wood to put the tips of your toes on. Start pushing up and down. That will work the calf muscles, but here is a tip to get the most out of this workout. As you push yourself up, be extremely explosive in speed. This will make you a much better jumper.

For those who ask themselves how Paul improved his vertical that much - cause he isn't a "natural jumper" like so many - simply take a look at his summer weight program - but don't forget that this workout is designed for a professional basketball player and you should consult your physician first.

Use less weight and more repetitions to avoid getting too bulky. If you want to get "bigger", then go on heavier weights, lower reps.
Here is one example for the vertical leap exercises, its called "plate squats".
Starting Position: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, hips back. Hold a weight plate with both hands at chest level, elbows bent.
Movement: Lower yourself until knees and hips are fully bent.
Be certain to keep the knees directly over the toes. Extend knees and hips until legs are straight. Return and repeat. Also, be sure to keep your head forward, back straight and feet flat on the floor, do not raise your heels. As you extend up, think of driving your heels into the floor.
And of course, you have to use the jumping rope - it not only gives you explosiveness and calf strength but is also a great way to build stamina, and work on your overall leg strength. Do 200 jumps 3 times a week.
